A Titusville crew that sticks to homes
We came up doing commercial construction. Now we put that experience into kitchens, bathrooms and repairs for homeowners.
B&M Property Construction Services is a licensed and insured Florida contractor based in Titusville. Our background is in commercial work — tenant buildouts, retail spaces and remodels — where schedules are tight and inspections are strict.
Most of our work now is for homeowners. We do not build new houses. We remodel kitchens and bathrooms, install flooring, repair drywall, hang doors and trim, and take care of the repair lists that pile up in every house. We still take on commercial interior work too: metal stud framing, drywall finishing, and repairs for offices and retail spaces.
How we work
- A written quote before any work starts
- One point of contact from walkthrough to final cleanup
- Floors and furniture protected, job site cleaned daily
- Permits pulled when the job calls for them
- Licensed trade partners for specialty electrical and plumbing work
